• In Nagar Seema pallika of any District person will have no problem acquiring any property for Residential and commercial purpose for their self use.

• People residing in uttarakhand can acquire land on the outer seema pallika of any district of Uttarakhand, if thay have any Registry of House or Shop done before 9th Sep 2003.

• Person not of uttarakhand can acquire only 250 sqmtrs of land on the outer Seema pallika of any district of Uttarakhand,

• To acquire more than 250 sqmtrs on outer Seema Pallika, One has to take permission from the Govertment/ DM of the District.

• NRI has to take permission first from their Embassy and then from the respective DM of the District for acquiring any property.
